Who uses a scale bar in this day and age? I might use mine to draw a straight line on a concept sketch. There are a bunch of old guys in my office using magnifying glasses all the time....open the computer file and zoom in!
The other day I actually used a 1 to 75 scale for a drawing. Of course I'd laugh at anyone who tried to scale off a drawing when I give them a model viewer file with all drawings attached, and you can make any measurement you need from the model.
