they had the b squad in for almost half the freaking game. my god. if you don't like being scored on, stop them.
Lastly, Oregon is running, ASU is throwing, the game ends sooner the longer Oregon has the ball. Less plays, less chance of injury and less scoring. The reality is that Oregon didn't try to score for about 25 minutes of that game, that should be plainly obvious to anyone who understands the game.
But even if they were trying to score, who cares, your supposed to try and score, otherwise why play?
