I wouldn't be surprised that a Canadian coach is hired. I think we need to reach out to find a European coach, just not a Dutch one.

We need an English coach. Look what John Herdman has done for the women's national team.
And we need someone with a considerable amount of respect from the EPL or the Championship league that is willing to get his hands dirty.
