Berry Protein Smoothie.
- 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 cup Chocolate Almond milk
- 1 rounded scoop of Chocolate whey protein
- 1 tbsp All Bran Buds
- blend until smooth
Just to reiterate what others are saying:

When losing weight you need to feed your body more often so it does'nt go into starvation mode.
