Well hello their fellow hockey-fans:
I've started my journey (perenial) to losing weight. This time I got upto a lardy 192 and have dropped to 176 since Mid September.
Just thought I'd share a delicous dessert recipe that lacks sugar and carbs:
Protien Brownie:
One Scoop Chocolate protien: C 4 F 3 P 22
One tbsp FF Greek Yogurt: C1 F1 P3
One TBSP natural PB C2F2?P2?
Four TBSP Water
First: Mix the yougurt and PB together into a mush, add the water mix again and then add the protien and mix thoroughly.
Microwave on 30-45 seconds and enjoy.
