This story is severely fataed up. I'll put tags over the youtube video as it shows a burn victim. Basically, this guy rapes an 8 year old kid, then two weeks later pours gasoline over him and sets him on fire. The kid got terminal cancer from all this and eventually died.
Happened in Texas.
