I wish that there was an alternative to listen to for sports (hockey in particular) radio in Calgary. I pretty much stopped listening to 960 almost a year ago, and every time I figure I'll give it another try, it only takes a few minutes before I remember why I stopped listening. It's simply frustrating to listen to someone that is downright scared to table an opinion without a handful of qualifiers just to make sure he's not wrong. It's like he knows that he doesn't know, so he keeps adding other reasons why he said what he said, and then keeps taking away from it by saying that what he really meant was something else.
If it's wrong to be un-entertained by that, so be it. I'm not saying I want him fired... I just wish there was another channel to listen to for sports, because I simply can't stand listening to 960 in the afternoon.
I'm not really sorry about my dislike of Bryn, either. My job isn't easy. I doubt Bryn can show up and do my job, so why do I have to be able to do his before I'm allowed to say that he's not a good radio personality?
