I doubt it. For the most part, the talent simply isn't there for NCAA teams.

Yep. The problem facing the NCAA right now is that they have been losing a lot of their top incoming freshmen to the CHL. Of course, things can change quickly. Moving back the UFA age would help. But right now, there has been a significant talent loss the past few years.
