Steamed Chicken Breast with Garlic/Ginger Sauce
1. Dice some ginger root (about size of your thumbnail worth) and garlic (however much you'd like).
2. Sprinkle black pepper on to chicken breast.
3. Marinate chicken breast with 1 1/2 teaspoons of chinese cooking wine (available at any asian supermarket) and light soya sauce (add however much you'd like --- if you want more sauce, use more soya sauce).
4. Add diced ginger and garlic to the chicken breast.
5. Steam for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
Add some broccoli and green onions to the dish and steam for the last 5 minutes for veggies! Serve with rice.
