I'm a bit too young to remember the Harris years, but when I hear of people reflecting upon them, they never seem to do it with any fondness. You are right however, there has been a problem with the PCs. The Premiership has been ripe for the picking these past two elections and they blew it both times. It is shocking that Dalton managed to stick as Premier for 9 years.
