I had all 4 removed and I was ready to go continue eating whatever I wanted within 3 days.

I barely had any swelling, pretty much no pain at all, took me ~ 2 hours after for the bleeding to pretty much fully stop/clot.

I don't have a chart, but for the first while I used my front/side teeth for chewing, just in case.
