Find a Sears dealer store (not a big corporate location). They're more flexible I find.
I actually negotiated all of my appliance prices at a Sears dealer in Ontario 6 months before I needed them in Alberta. Entered an Alberta address as the shipping destination and only paid 5% tax. Because I wasn't taking delivery for 6 months, the dealer would let me call them at any time, before the delivery date, if I found a better price in a competitor flyer, and get my price adjusted down.
Twice now I've bought my full appliance package from Sears and saved a lot of money.
They can get you anything any of the big national brands make... check prices at Trail, Future Shop, Home Depot, Lowes, Brick, etc... and get Sears to price match and beat.
In my last two homes I've had the same brand mix... Samsung French Door Fridge, Bosch Dishwasher and GE Profile Dual Fuel Range. Seeing as this is for a flip, I'm guessing the models don't matter so long as they look shiny, lol.
