It's always interesting to see how everybody beyond the tech realm reacts to the things that get tech folk such as us riled up. Looks like in a survey of 4000 customers, 90% of people claim to have had no issues with Apple's Maps app, and only 3% cite it as a "big problem".

Reminds me a bit of antennae gate. Everybody got bent out of shape about it (even Apple fans), but when the numbers were revealed, it didn't look like the majority of people seemed to care or even realize there was an issue.
I can only speak for myself, but in my usage of Maps around Calgary I haven't noticed anything glaring. The biggest issue I ran into was replicated in Google Maps.
