I didn't read every post, but where does it say he died because of the roaches? Maybe he died of a heart attack completely unrelated to the roaches. Is eating roaches known to be deadly? I just getting at the Darwinian thing, personally I don't think it qualifies. They eat roaches on Fear Factor all the time.
