I generally agree, but I am a fan of Kelly's for the lobster rolls. They're probably better at Belle Isle or Neptune Oyster, but the beachside location makes Kelly's my favorite. For other food options, you can't go wrong with Italian in the North End followed by some cannoli at Mike's Pastries, and you might also want to check out the old school cigar bar in the basement by Mike's if you don't mind overpaying for a unique smoking experience.

As a few people have mentioned, the Sam Adams brewery tour is always good, but I've heard good things about the one at Harpoon too.

Do not even consider going to any of the strip clubs in Boston. They're all horrible. If you need to fit a club into your weekend, take the train to Providence and hit the Cadillac Lounge or Desire or, if you have a way to get there, go to the Electric Blue in Tolland, Connecticut (it's by far the best club in New England, and probably in the top 10 clubs in the US).

The Mohegan Sun casino in Connecticut is always good for a party and it's only about an hour and a half from Boston. It's not too far from any of the aforementioned Rhode Island or Connecticut strip clubs either.

If you're there on the weekend of the 11th, go to Maryanne's bar in Brookline on Friday or Saturday night. It's one of the worst bars in the world and you'll be the oldest guys in there, but it's good for picking up hot Boston College girls and/or shamelessly making an ass of yourself. It will be a ghost town if you go on the 25th though, so don't bother with it then.
