I agree with all of this. I think it's Brust that gets sent down, neother he nor Taylor really have much in terms of NHL potential anymore IMO, so Taylor gets the nod based on him earning it last year with a weaker team in front of him. Taylor and Irving have potential to be a dominant tandem IMO.
And I do believe running as a tandem is the way to go since only 12 of the Heat's games all season have a day off both before and after the game. They have 24 sets of back to backs and another 6 sets of back to back to backs, them being off away from every other team makes their schedule very tough.
