Pretty good now. I've got 62-63 OV players now on my 4th line, thanks directly to moves like this while having normal quality guys on my upper lines.
Stempniak is a cheaper option on the 3rd line and next year he can spend some money that he saved from losing heatley, either through trade or otherwise on guys that will replace what heatley would've contributed.
Using just that first he received could get him a guy like Olli Jokinen or similar 68 or so OV guy. For someone that's rebuilding, getting more assets is the name of the game, in order to translate them into more assets and so on until you've actually put together a semi competent team together and then you can easily just add on from there.
It's a good first step.
