Give me a logical inference for not only how but why Batman, with a nuclear bomb counting down to imminent detonation, would paint a giant flaming bat on a bridge with an ignition line running right to the point where Gordon would be herded to his death.
Trying to hold the logic of Batman up as a virtue is an ill advised course of action.
And Bane might have been an OK foil, but he was a paper thin character. An angry, strong guy bent on destruction who just miraculously knows secret info.
