I use folders extensively so I have all of the news/reference/tools type stuff on the first page grouped into folders like Sports, Travel, Shopping, Reference, Utilities, etc. and all of the games on the second with any stuff I never use on the third (i.e. Newsstand, the default Weather, Mail, Stocks apps).

I really should go through and delete a bunch of the stuff I haven't used but I'm not really short of space yet so it hasn't been necessary.
