I was down to 3 screens on my 3GS; now with my 5 I have even more room.

Like you first page is the stuff I use all day every day; or things I will need quickly like the camera or calculator. The Angry Birds folder is also on page 1. On page 3 I also have a "Stuff Not Used" folder.

I also refuse to install apps for anything that has a website; unless that app does something special. For example, the Canadian Tire app has a shopping list, and will email you when something on your list goes on sale. It also has a price scanner.
