I sold my Magic cards a couple years back to a friend, but I still play every little while. The guy who bought the cards made a dozen or so Highlander decks, and always brings them when we play, so I just pick one and play.

For me, I love playing in draft events for Magic. This group gives me the chance to try my hand at some other formats without having to spend a bunch to catch up on all of the popular formats (standard, vintage, etc)

The friend I spoke about is creating a 'cube', which is essentially a large collection of cards that are sorted into 'packs' that you can draft from. So you draft your deck the same way as you would in any normal draft, but you get access to any card in the cube.
