If the conditions are bad it takes about an hour if you take Deerfoot all the way. If you can get past Ivor Strong before 7am, it is much quicker.

I haven't taken Deerfoot in a long time though, so that info might be dated. Barlow -> Shepard Rd-> Ogden Rd -> 26th Ave -> MacLeod Tr is how I go.
