Given his track record I'd wager he hasn't... but that's beside my point.
My point was that Harper publicly humiliated Anders by forcing him to apologize and Anders will most likely be subject to further disciplinary action by the party.
Anders is an outcast in the party (15 years as an MP and he's still a back bencher... and he's been removed from any meaningful committee position) who Harper really doesn't want to have anything to do with.
No tears will be shed in the CPC when Anders retires.
