Fair enough, but I don't think a few sentences is a diatribe in that it was neither forceful nor bitter. If it was, tone cannot be captured in print so we cannot assume diatribical intent.
Look, like I said, I'm not an Anders supporter, but I was on the Hill when the election was called, and from the murmurs around the Hill from ALL parties, Mr Anders is saying what many have known or thought to have happened.
It's just curious to me that when people like Mr Trudeau call others derogatory names in the House, he seems to get a free pass and the 'conspiracy' must be true. As soon as the name Rob Anders is used, rationality is thrown down the drain. The guy has been far from perfect, but this is just a non-story to me. It simply isn't news.
