No problem guys.

I'm back from the camp now.

So if I had to sum up training camp today, Team Red I thought were working pretty hard... until I saw Team Black. Team Black looked like they were fighting for jobs whereas Team Red looked like they were almost guaranteed jobs. I could be seeing it wrong, but Team Black was by far the hardest working group out there.

I was most impressed by Lamb and Aliu. Aliu looked like a 10 year vet among boys out there. Nobody worked harder than him today.

Lamb was going for every hit he could. Fast, very solid defensively, and smart positionally. It's hard to believe he's a first year pro when you watch him.

My surprises today were Cameron, Mouillierat, and Nunn for Team Black. Cameron specifically outplayed Wahl. I'm pairing those two together because they're the most likely to be ECHL bound of the NHL contract players, but if Cameron keeps this up, he'll continue to impress.

There weren't really any surprises in Team Red. They all were basically what I was expecting. Sven was Sven; he doesn't catch his breath after getting bag skated, instead he plays one-on-one with Aliu. Really no surprises in this group.

I still can't get over Ferland and McKelvie's battles. They weren't beaking at eachother, but they were sure staring eachother down and hacking and slashing at eachother.

I guess we'll see how it goes tomorrow.
