You know on a strictly practical basis I do agree with you on the benefit to Ranchmans part. I will be going there this afternoon to support it but I doubt I will go again very often.... Its not like I take my dog for a walk on a regular basis up and down McLeod Tr.... in fact I've never taken my dog for a walk on McLeod Tr.

Your ideas are good on the second part too.
