It'll be interesting to see how that affects their workforce. I bet there'll be significant turnover, as those who live downtown/NW/west side look for work at other companies. (Getting to QP from my house in the NW during rush hour would be suicide inducing)
On the other hand, if you were an energy industry professional at another company who lived in Riverbend or Douglasdale, you'd be crazy not to look at switching.
I think this will probably cause a lot of turnover in their workforce, and also turnover in the current occupants of buildings downtown, as they vacate a huge amount of space.
