I see no issue. I believe you can enter the Ranchmans patio without having to go inside the restaurant. If you had to walk through the inside portion of a restaurant, then it might be more of a health issue. The restaurant should have final say whether a specific dog can enter the patio. They should be able to say no to a dog that's muddy, soaking wet, or behaving barking out of control. Just wish they could do that for some kids.
