Mark Isherwood also sounds like an interesting name. He's 22 and from Abbotsford. He put up very nice numbers in the WHL with the Medicine Hat Tigers. And while his numbers dropped off a bit when he turned pro, he still got 15 goals and 20 points at the ECHL level. Not too bad. It'd be nice to get some offense on the blueline that isn't named Brodie, because lord knows that kid is going to carry that blueline offensively.

Isherwood was a real heart and soul guy for the Tigers. It's been a few years, but he had a bomb of a shot, and is a decent passer. I don't think his skating ability is AHL calibre though. Nice to see him get a shot, but I don't think he's good enough to provide more than a PP specialist role at the AHL level.
Really liked him on the Tigers, and I'd be more than happy to eat my words if he makes it.
