Don't get me wrong, I would rather have the real refs back, I just don't believe the problem is nearly as bad as it is being made out to be.
Its actually got little to do with the flags thrown IMO.

Its got everything to do with having no idea about the simplest aspects of the game.

They dont know rules, they call things that simply arent happening, they lose track of timeouts, they are receiving no respect from players or coaches because of these kinds of things and that is leading to games getting out of control which then leads to player safety issues.

The ridiculous amount of reviews is the single biggest "tell" about the jobs they are doing. Iknow they are doing their best, but it painfully obvious they are way way way too far out of their element to be anywhere near acceptable.

Its a complete gong show.
