Is this picture pushing the limits of expected privacy and her personal freedom? (there is one more with some bum but I didn't want to post anything NSFW)
It is quite a bit different that being snapped at 500yds (or whatever it was) with a powerful lens while on private property. But it is a slippery slope, no?
Was the photographer being intrusive? Good chance the pic was taken by accident and with no malicious intent and was simply part of 500 pictures taken of her during that ceremony.
And then at what point does it become offensive (if it isn't already)? What about those pervy crotch shots we see from papparazzi? Those are too far no? Or do we blame the women because those are frequently done on purpose? (I'm looking at you Britney and Paris. No literally, I'm looking at your vag thanks to those pics).
I don't really have an opinion on any of this. I haven't seen the Kate photos in question though.
BTW for all the Newsroom people, Amanda Pill posted, or was hacked, and she has a number of topless photos online now. The list is actually astounding of famous women who have either been hacked or used leaked photos intentionally to gain notoriety.
Vanessa Hudgens, Blake Lively, Scarlett Johanssan, Kat Dennings, Amanda Pill, Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, Christina Aguilera and oh so many others who I can't think of right now.
