I have to say that I'm not happy about this.

I want to see the Oilers remain viable, and stay in Edmonton so the Flames can continue to beat them.

I also don't like to see people get ripped off by greedy billionaires.

Perhaps the best outcome would be for the City to muscle Katz out of the project, fund the entire thing, and then charge the Oilers exorbitant amounts of rent?
