Agreed. I was at least happy to hear Kelly immediately say after the game that Golson was still the starter, and Rees will just continue to stay in this "clean up" role should he be needed.
Golson is clearly still extremely raw and makes bad decisions sometimes, but I like the idea of further developing him this year while they have the D to help minimize his mistakes in the meantime.
They need to find a way to get Eifert more involved, 1 catch in 2 games for an NFL-calibre TE is not enough.
