I had the same problem as you - I had trouble breathing. I went to a nose specialist in July to get it checked out. Turns out, I had a fractured nose that didn't get treated (probably hit in the face with the soccer ball during one of my games), and it healed improperly. Now I have to get cartilage removed from my right nostril in order to open up the canal, and then inserted in my left nostril to shrink the size of that canal.
The doc said that type of problem can also just happen naturally, where the tissue / cartillage up there just grows abnormally. Happens all the time, he says.
I'd get that spec'd if I were you. Just to be sure. Could be a structural problem, not a stufiness problem.
