This morning the fan was at full speed when it the computer was idle and it's quite warm to the touch. It's done this before and it doesn't seem normal. Do I make an appointment and take into the store or do I phone Apple?
Next time the fans spin up like that, or it feels slow, open Activity Monitor in the Utilities folder, select All Processes from the dropdown at the top-rightish of the window, and sort on %CPU - tell us if anything there is using 25% or more CPU continually.
