I can't say I disagree with this because at that speed it's a no brainer.

At the same time, I do wish that CPS would have as much passion about stopping stupid driving as it does about speedy driving. It seems like that's all they tend to put the vast majority of their focus on. Yes, stupid driving doesn't grab headlines, and perhaps it's effects aren't quite as deadly when something goes wrong... but day to day it probably affects your average citizen more.
