RFD is normally a good source of details but I can't find any reliable information yet.

To answer my own question - the folks at Fido are using the set voice/data plans as listed on their site. No special promos on plans. I'm not slick enough to fake a retentions 'deal' but have been told that if you currently have a 6GB plan to hang on to it as it isn't as easy to get anymore.
