I've been feeling some weirdness with my feet lately. At first it was just my right foot, but now it is with both feet. I do not feel pain, it just doesn't feel right. It is in the balls of my feet. I thought it was the socks I was wearing were bunched up in my shoes under the balls of my feet, but the feeling wouldn't go away when I removed my shoes and pulled up my socks. After having my wife take a look she said it looked like the balls of my feet were swollen.
Has anybody else experienced this? It is weird because it doesn't hurt. I don't feel pain and I wouldn't say it is discomfort because that would suggest some pain. It just feels weird.

Gout is a type of arthritis that usually forms in the feet due to purines in the diet. Do you eat a lot of red meat?
How tight are your calves? You have a lot of tendons attached to the base of your foot. If your calves are tight I would suggest 10 minutes of daily stretching. After a few days you would notice a difference.
