nah. I mean, it's not bad, but you are paying an extra ~$100 for 2gb more of video ram. 4GB of video ram is pretty excessive unless you plan on playing across 3 monitors, which you probably aren't, and if you are, should be looking into getting a 680 (or 2).

$369 and free Borderlands 2 is pretty sweet. This is the same as the first one I posted. The deal expires tonight, but NCIX cycles their deals weekly, and will probably have the same deal reappear tomorrow morning.
