In all seriousness though, I move that any sweeping change like that perhaps go through a trial period to explore the potential issues before moving multiple people over. Text+ and the new forum were pushed through seemingly overnight. It's confusing for people who aren't in this thread 24/7 and will prove obnoxious if we are announcing "ok that didn't work, now everybody over here" every few weeks. Personally I'm not even sure the text+ system works all that great on account of it not being available on all platforms and that people actually use it as a texting service so they don't want to have a username consistent with the league. There are options out there that would work for us, but at this point I think text+ is already the direction we're headed.

My feeling is that if a change is desired several members give it a whirl as an exploratory committee for a few weeks to see if there are issues. Then we can bring in a transition period with a drop dead date of when everybody needs to be moved over.
