Honestly, she couldn't give me a straight answer if they would charge me an activation fee. Now, wouldn't that upgrade fee be included. What do they consider activation? Putting in my SIM card?
Any heads up would be great, thanks!

Bell should have a waived activation fee going on but only for new consumers. Only thing you would benefit from is the unlimited long distance promo. An activation is basically when start a new term whether it's a new contract, renewal or month to month.
