Yeah, I would actually say that is pretty accurate to be honest. My only sticking point is what else do you do in his situation? Honestly?
He is down by 14, and everyone knows he has to pass. There were a few open passes that he did miss when on the run, but otherwise he can either A) Force a ball into traffic and avoid getting hit or B) wait for a receiver to get open, which by that time has him running or bouncing around the pocket. What do you do other then throw it away?
I dont blame Cutler at all, I think it was a case of Packers defense outplaying the Chicago Offense in all facets. the receivers couldnt get open and the line couldnt block.
I was happy with the often criticized 'old' defense of the Bears who showed that throughout this season they will be able to give the offense alot of opportunities to score. They played very well against a powerful Green Bay offense for the majority of the game
