We checked Cervenka, and he was quite low as well. It was in the 50's or 60's, I don't remember the number.

Sven is currently rated a 68.
I simulated one season in Be A GM to see how player development occured and Sven grew to an 82 overall after one season in the NHL.
From what I can tell, you usually want to aim for prospects with the 4+ star ratings.
