To Apple the size and feel is a huge part of the experience. So much so, many would claim their focus on the experience makes up a huge part of their brand identity. Almost everything you mentioned in your wish list would make the phone bigger and bulkier. While I totally understand that some people don't care about thin and light, but Apple cares more about it than almost every other feature. It's been like that since the 80's.
As mentioned before, you sound like someone who would adore an Android phone. I don't mean that as a subtle jab at all... your requests are just very un-apple.
