Decent phone, but IMO outside of the update to the A6 chip there is no real reason to upgrade if you have a 4S.
LTE coverage is still spotty enough that if you have the 4S you may be better off waiting till the next iteration to get LTE and the improvements that come with it. By that time the LTE build out will be further along and will be more useful.
