Look Keo Classic pedals. Great shape, I upgraded to the carbon Max and have these sitting around. $40. I don't have cleats, but MEC sells them for $20.

Nike women's road shoe, carbon sole, size 8.5- $20
Both pairs in very good condition, just collecting dust
