Also make sure you're trying to grab some MF, it makes a huge difference. Even grabbing some crappy MF helmet with socket and MF amulet and swapping them right before the killing blow isn't too tricky and can give you a cheap 80 MF bonus, I never used the programs but there are MF swap macros out there if you're so inclined as well.
EDIT: Just found my 5th Stormshield (first 1.04) about 10 minutes after finding one of Shenlong's fist weapons. Not sure what is with me and Stormshields but this one is pretty decent with 190 vit and 190 strength, low block though.
EDIT2: Wow now a pretty crappy Windforce but that's 3 level 63 legendaries in like 30 minutes of play time.
