I don't see how the COG can go ahead with this deal without the tax increase and since the tax increase chances of passing is iffy, the deal with Jamison should be dead in the water. That seems like sound thinking to me but with Gary whispering in their ears, sound thinking and the CoG don't have a lot in common.
