What else does "in words only" mean? So I indeed DID focus on what you said and manufactured nothing. So quit making stuff up.
Your words man, not mine so take your condescending crap elsewhere.
As for scheduling primetime nights to maximize revenues....well yeah, why wouldnt they?
And even if they launched new player safety protocol because of law suits...what does that change what is being discussed here??

I guess If I wanted to run and hide from implying I said doctors are lying, I'd pretty much say the above as well.
My words had nothing to do with lying doctors ... focus on that. You implied that. Pulled it out of thin air really. I mean, you could just say, ya I took someone else's comment and presumed you were saying the exact same thing and then go on to disagree and say why you think the NFL cares about safety. You choose instead to bluster away like 'take that crap elsewhere'. Simple fact is you implied I said or meant something that is far from the truth.
I don't believe they really care about safety ... or at least if it has to compete with primetime sales. It's just words and to add the odd rule that is always reactionary to something they could have managed away a generation ago.
So if you are going to reply to this, with any kind of credibility, first tell me exactly where I was referring to lying doctors. If not I'll just assume what I said earlier, you manufacture intent to support arguments. You do it all the time.
Ha, all because I said I think NFL player safety is rhetoric. Jeez.
