Probably Cathey Pacific is the most memorable airline I've ever flown even if it was only a real short hop from Manchester to Paris. They could have treated us so-so as we were not one of the people continuing on the long haul but they didn't. They were nothing short of superb.

I've also really enjoying flying KLM. Great service, always accomodating, have bumped me up to business class on a number of occasions which is always nice!

I liked the Westjet service we flew to Orlando recently, especially the satallite TV's in the seatbacks. Pity that no food is served though.

I've had both good and bad luck the many times I've flown Air Canada between Canada and the UK. Sometimes they've been extremely good while others simply dreadful. There's no consistancy.
